9.2 Upon termination for cause (e.g., fraud, bonus abuse, prohibited conduct), any remaining balance — including bonus funds and associated winnings — may be forfeited. Real-money balances not associated with fraudulent activity will generally be returned to the player after investigation.
9.3 You may close your account at any time by contacting 25ph.com customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
